How This Program Works
The 28-Day Social Boost Program is a 4-week program designed with the specific intent of helping you improve your social skills.
Here’s how it’s set up:
Weekly Challenges
Each week contains four specific challenges for you to complete. It’s your goal to complete all four challenges each week so that you complete all 16 challenges in four weeks. Here are all of your lesson plans:
- Introduction – The who, what, when, where, why and how. I explain the purpose of this, how it works, why it works so well, and the best ways for you to incorporate these lessons and challenges into your life.
