You’ve finished your first module, congrats! The goal of the module was to teach you how to find new people to meet.
To make sure you understand the process clearly, here is a quick summary.
Module 1 Summary
1. Determine your goals
Before you look for new people to meet, figure out what you want to get out of your relationships.
2. Determine your interests
Before you find places to meet people, figure out what you enjoy and what’s important to you so you can find the best places.
3. Find and join CSGs
Once you have your goals and interests, find and join Consistent Social Groups that fit your needs and wants.
4. Review, schedule, and repeat
Once you’ve done the three task above, review your answers weekly. This will help you stay on track and move toward the right goals.
Your want to have at least on CSG per week. Reviewing your schedule will let you know if you need to do more research or if you’re good to go for the week. Don’t worry if your first CSG meetup is a few weeks out. It can be difficult to join one that quickly.
Am I Ready to Move on?
Ideally, you will use this review process for the rest of your life. I still do.
Even if your goals change from “wanting a bunch of new friends” to “spending quality time with family and a few close friends,” you can use this to make sure you’re staying on top of your relationship goals.
You can move forward once you complete the first three items above and you’ve done some research looking for CSGs. In a perfect world, you’ll find a CSG to join before proceeding, but it’s not necessary. Just remember that you’ll need to continue looking until you do.
See you in Module 2!
