Welcome to Module 2: Starting Conversations and Meeting New People.
In the last module, you learned which places are best for meeting new people and you filled your schedule with activities that are right for you.
Now it’s time for you to meet the people at these places. Once you get this right, making new friends will become much easier.
In this module, we dive into the strategies for meeting people in each of these different circumstances:
- Meeting people at CSGs
- Meeting people at work
- Meeting friends of friends
- Meeting people at one-time meetups
- Meeting people in public places
Each situation requires a different approach, although they also share some common tactics. In the next lesson, we’ll go through the common tactics that you’ll want to use anytime you meet a new person. Then, we’ll go through the details of meeting people at each of the five scenarios above.
Once you finish this module, you’ll know exactly how to meet new people wherever you go.
